AzBig Purpose
Positively impact the local community and educate business principals on the importance of integrity, customer service skills, and conducting business in a positive, benevolent manner.
Vision
It is obvious that integrity has become a precious rare commodity in local, national, and international business communities. AzBig was created to make a stand for integrity and prove that business based on integrity can not only be successful, but will be prosperous, enhance the quality of life within the community and be a guiding light for other businesses.

Community Service
Our last quarterly function was a school supply drive where we raised backpacks, pencils, crayons, paper, and other school supplies which were then distributed by the local YMCA to area schools with students in need.
We are in the process of identifying additional needs that are not already being addressed by other, larger charitable organizations in the valley and adopting their cause as our future projects.
In addition, all AzBIG gatherings collect food for the Agua-Fria foodbank. We ask for a food donation at each meetings and we also have about a dozen local businesses designated as food drop off locations.

Business Mentoring
Beginning the 1st Wednesday in November, we are conducting a "help your business" discussion aimed at addressing common issues faced by business people, especially in a challenging economic environment.
Youth Education
We are currently in discussions with various local organizations whose purpose is to help youth. By coming together as a representative of the business community, we can educate young people on the virtues of honesty, integrity, ethics, and the sense of doing the right thing. We can also be role models and evidence that holding one's self to a higher standard does pay off when it comes to prosperity and quality of life.
Meetings
Currently we have monthly meetings (1st Wednesday of every month at 7:30AM) and quarterly community service projects.
We are actively looking for other projects to adopt on a quarterly basis.
There are no dues to be a friend of AzBIG. We ask meeting attendees to pay $4 and bring a non perishable food item. (This is likely the source of our budget woes- but we don't want to be an organization that prices potential volunteers away from us.)
